Czech-speaking Account Executive – Madrid (Hybrid)
We are currently looking for a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international team in Madrid. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in outbound sales and motivated to build new business through phone, email, and prospecting activities.
As an Account Executive, you will focus on generating new opportunities, understanding client needs, and working closely with Sales Specialists to drive conversions and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and contact potential clients via phone and email
- Identify client needs, challenges, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists to convert leads into customers
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
- Manage and track your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Approximately 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Comfortable working in a fully outbound sales environment
- Native or C2 level of Czech
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
- Willing to relocate to Madrid at your own expense
- Permanent contract
- Salary: €30,000 base + €15,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
