You will blend hands-on operations leadership with formal project management to deliver transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams.You will shape change, coach leaders, and ensure reliable delivery of productivity and efficiency goals. This position offers the chance to impact plant-level outcomes through structured methodologies and strong stakeholder collaboration. You will operate with a clear ownership mindset and resilience to navigate multi-stakeholder programs.

- Drive transformation programs and change management across plants
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and align on goals and milestones
- Coach, influence and develop front-line and middle-management teams
- Monitor performance metrics to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ensure robust execution of projects with clear ownership and accountability
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Facilitate continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across sites
- 6–10 years of proven industrial/manufacturing experience
- Hybrid profile of Operations and Project Management
- Strong expertise in GSUM+ and IWS methodologies
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional environments and multiple stakeholders
- Strong results orientation focusing on performance, productivity, and efficiency
- Experience in transformation and change management in plant environments
- Solid leadership with ability to influence, coach and develop others
- Strong ownership mindset, resilience and decision-making capability
