Engineer IA - INGLÉS B2

AI Engineers. English B2 at least.

Responsible for implementing the AI backbone supporting delivery.

Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models/agents on the codebase.

Enable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and spec generation.

Ensure robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI-driven outputs.

Collaborate closely with the Intent Engineer to iterate and finalize specifications.

Required Skills Experience:

Familiarity with Gastown approaches / AI-native engineering practices.

Hands-on experience with Claude (or similar LLMs), including: Using Claude within IDEs.

Writing effective prompts for code analysis, generation, and refinement.

Strong grounding in modern software engineering patterns, including:

API design and integration.

Microservices architecture.

Event-driven and integration modules.

Experience in working with existing codebases and enabling AI-driven analysis.

Understanding of prompt engineering as a development tool, not just experimentation.
