In this role you will lead and deliver complex, high‑risk projects within healthcare and regulated environments while coaching a team of Project Managers. You will own multiple workstreams, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with SOPs and governance.As a senior escalation point for stakeholders, you drive cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement in project management capabilities. This role offers impact across clinical and technology programs, shaping delivery standards in a global, fast‑paced setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own and deliver complex, high‑risk projects from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets
- Validate and approve project scope, plans, schedules, resourcing and delivery approaches
- Act as primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders with effective governance and reporting
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and commercial performance with change control
- Identify, assess and mitigate delivery, financial and operational risks; implement risk and quality management plans
- Ensure project work aligns with SOPs, policies, regulatory requirements and contracts
- Provide line management to Project Managers including allocation, performance management, coaching and development
- Lead a high‑performing PM team, driving delivery excellence and continuous improvement
- Support recruitment, onboarding and capability development of PM resources
- Drive adherence to delivery standards, governance, KPIs and metrics across the team
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with guidelines and quality standards
- Act as a PM ambassador, promoting best practices and cross‑functional collaboration
- Industry‑recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent) – mandatory and current
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, quality management and delivery methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and commercial control
- Proficiency in project management tools, financial tracking systems and MS Office applications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience; proven experience leading and developing PMs
- Experience delivering software, technology or regulated‑environment projects; healthcare experience – essential
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered
