Experteer Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end CRM activation to improve retention and lifecycle engagement for Fever’s users. You’ll build data-driven, multi-channel communications with a focus on email, push, and in-app messages, aligned to a scalable CRM strategy.

You’ll work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and measure impact with clear metrics. You’ll report insights weekly and perform deep dives to optimize experiences across cohorts.

Activate customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan across email, push, and in-app channels
Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Support the technical setup of campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ensure campaigns have clearly defined success metrics and are tracked, analyzed, and reported on weekly/monthly; perform ad hoc deep dives

Responsabilidades

2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, and other programming languages
Ability to leverage behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data for marketing insights
Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
Organized, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace
Fluent English; strong teamwork and motivation
