As Production Supervisor in the APU, you drive efficient operations through people development, standards adherence, and continuous improvement. You will lead induction and training planning, monitor safety and quality standards, and coordinate production activities to achieve SQCDM targets.You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement TPM, 5S, and lean initiatives, shaping a safer, more productive, and greener manufacturing environment. This role offers impact through people leadership, process improvements, and close alignment with Valeo’s sustainability and innovation goals.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Induce and onboard newcomers, schedule trainings, and develop team autonomy
- Analyze skill needs and define training plans; monitor operator certifications
- Monitor daily attendance, safety rules, and environment risk; update performance boards
- Ensure adherence to working standards; manage time management and on-site rules
- Lead OJT on standards and ensure updated station instructions
- Oversee TPM deployment, equipment maintenance, and QA/5S
- Propose weekly APZ headcount and organization; ensure SQCDM and inventory targets
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and APU for MPS priorities; escalate issues as needed
- Lead continuous improvement actions (SQCDM, P-30, VPS, Kaizen); run PDCA/FTA/5 WHYs
- Contribute to budget planning and manage APZ budget; promote Valeo 5 axes
- leadership and people management experience
- experience in production/operations supervision
- exposure to lean, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
- ability to analyze data, run PDCA/QA/QC cycles
- communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
