You lead external partners in outsourced design, assembly, and validation for implantable neurostimulation systems. You play a key role in bringing cutting-edge healthcare solutions to market with real-world impact. • Develop medical device electronics for implantable systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Translate system requirements into subsystem and interface requirements
• Perform functional analysis and design system-level solutions
• Manage outsourced design, assembly, verification, and validation of electronic systems
• Support system integration and process development
• Define test strategies for electronics and overall product requirements and safety standards
• Apply risk management and DFMEA to designs
• Lead design reviews, technical reviews, and milestone reviews
• Lead and participate in system integration, verification, and validation
• Apply DFR/DFM/DFT principles including modelling and statistical analysis

• BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering
• At least 6 years in a medical device development environment
• Experience across design, manufacturing, verification, and validation of medical devices
• Experience with wireless power transfer systems and applicable regulations
• System thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Experience with electronic simulation and design tools (e.g., Spice, Altium) and IPC PCB design
• Verification test design and statistical analysis
• Medical risk analysis and FMEA
• Managing outsourced development for design, manufacturing, and integration
• Knowledge of IEC-60601-1 and IEC-60601-2 in medical device electronics design and verification
• Fluency in English
