In this role, you manage a portfolio of national key customers within a global logistics leader to drive growth and value. You own the end-to-end commercial relationship, translating customer needs into logistics-enabled solutions and ensuring revenue, profitability, and satisfaction targets.

You shape account strategies, lead negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service. This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a chance to influence cross-functional outcomes in a dynamic, solutions-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Act as the main commercial contact for national key customers across all logistics solutions
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle including relationship management, business development, negotiations and performance follow-up
  • Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans aligned with customer goals and company objectives
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders across supply chain, logistics and procurement
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor commercial performance including pipeline, revenue, wins/losses, and financial indicators; take corrective actions
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new business into operations to meet expectations
  • Conduct regular business reviews focused on performance, continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate with operations, pricing, customer care, and leadership teams to ensure consistent delivery
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field (paraphrased from ad)
  • 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales or Business Development in logistics or supply chain environments
  • Strong knowledge of logistics solutions including air, sea, road, and customs-related services
  • Proven track record in consultative selling, negotiations, and solution-based sales
  • Ability to understand customer business models and competitive environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, internal and external
  • Strategic mindset with focus on results and commercial performance
  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage complex customer portfolios
  • English level: Advanced
  • Availability to travel as required
