• Develop and maintain PHP-based services in a high-scale environment (PHP 8.2, related stack)
• Contribute to product ideation and definition with stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality code with strong design, attention to detail, and testability

• Own performance monitoring of product and technical OKRs
• Mentor junior developers and share expertise to raise team capabilities

• Apply SOLID, clean code principles and TDD to daily work

• Engage in data-driven decision making and design pattern applications

• Strong PHP expertise with 3+ years of production experience at scale
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
• Experience with microservices architectures, clean code, SOLID, and TDD
• Knowledge of cloud and continuous delivery environments
• Proficiency in design patterns and data-driven approaches
• Good communication and mentoring abilities
• Ability to work in a product-focused, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated ability to challenge decisions constructively and propose creative solutions
• Willingness to learn and integrate AI tools into development workflows
