Senior Financial Controller to lead global restructuring cost management. You will run approval boards, support business case calculations, and derive restructuring cost demands in alignment with group standards. You’ll investigate demand, ensure accurate accounting and reporting of restructuring costs, and collaborate across functions to mitigate non-operational expense impacts.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategic planning, and regulatory reporting, contributing to scalable cost governance. The opportunity offers cross-border impact within a global tech-enabled insurer group.

Align restructuring cost demand with the group based on standard IRTs

Responsabilidades

Bachelor in Finance (or related field)
Experience in restructuring cost management and financial controlling
Strong project management and strategic planning skills
Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BW
Financial modeling skills and advanced Excel
Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
Solid accounting experience and knowledge of financial reporting standards
Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms (advantage)
