As an Account Executive - Acquisition at Snowflake, you will drive new customer growth in the Public Sector in Spain. You’ll shape the sales strategy, qualify opportunities, and lead executive engagements from first contact to close, influencing onboarding and expansion.You operate in a fast-moving, experimental environment and collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue. This role offers high-visibility impact in a rapidly scaling, customer-focused company. You will be a trusted advisor, translating IT roadmaps into Snowflake solutions and delivering measurable outcomes.

- Develop marketing-aligned plans to drive revenue growth
- Act as trusted advisor by mapping customer IT roadmaps to Snowflake solutions
- Prospect qualification and development of new opportunities and revenue streams
- Lead executive discussions and positioning with CXO level stakeholders
- Manage the full sales process from opportunity identification to closure
- Maintain ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction and drive upsell
- Apply a solution-based selling approach to managing a complex sales cycle
- 7+ years of field sales experience, preferably in data or cloud technology
- 5+ years of industry experience generating new business in public sector accounts
- Proven ability to independently develop and close new client relationships
- Experience hitting $1M+ ARR per year
- Track record of activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Executive-level relationship management
- Ability to understand business drivers and the bigger IT picture
