As a Senior Digital Experience Analytics & Optimisation Consultant, you drive data-informed improvements to digital experiences for enterprise client accounts. You will work within Valtech's Data practice across Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and run experiments, implement measurements, and translate insights into strategic actions.Your work shapes how brands optimize performance and user experience at scale. This role offers growth, collaboration, and the chance to influence large-scale digital transformations.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Extract and analyse web behavior data from multiple platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, ContentSquare, Qualtrics, Adoreboard, among others)
- Identify user problems, trends, and anomalies to generate actionable insights and experiment hypotheses
- Assess analytics tag/event implementations to identify measurement gaps and propose recommendations
- Consult with product teams to define digital measurement for upcoming features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations
- Design dashboards and reports to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Plan and document end-to-end experiments, including targets, metrics, briefs, and timelines
- Work with multi-disciplined teams on end-to-end implementation of experiments in Adobe Target
- 6-8 years in web analytics and/or CRO roles
- Proficiency with optimisation platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Kameleoon)
- Proficiency with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4, ContentSquare, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Similarweb, Fullstory)
- Familiarity with Tag Management platforms (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium)
- Hands-on experience designing dashboards (Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI)
- Strong data literacy and ability to tell compelling data stories
- Analytical rigour and risk awareness in data interpretation, especially for A/B testing
- Interest in collaborating with product teams on digital experiences
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and distributed teams
- Strong problem-solving and ability to translate goals into measurable optimisation activities
- Comfortable working in a large international organisation
- Ability to coach and guide junior analysts
- Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
- Willingness to travel quarterly to Brussels
