Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (Google Ads) – German Speaker
Lisbon – LACS Santos | Hybrid | Full-time
Are you passionate about Google Ads optimization and performance-driven digital marketing?Were looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon.
Your role- Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI
- Work on keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget optimization
- Analyze campaign results and translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness
What were looking for
Mandatory- German C1/C2 (spoken & written)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience (mandatory)
- Background in Digital Marketing / PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Agency background
- Experience with SMB or e-commerce campaigns
- Knowledge of Meta or other paid media platforms
- Monday – Friday
- 09:00 – 18:00
- Hybrid working model
- Office location: LACS Santos, Lisbon
- Annual gross salary: 23,000 €
- Permanent contract
