Experteer Overview
In this role you shape how the brand is expressed and experienced across the full consumer journey, with emphasis on digital and social touchpoints. You collaborate with CX, Data, Creative and local markets to ensure coherent, insightful brand experiences that drive acquisition, engagement and retention.You translate strategy into practical brand principles and cross-channel plans, embedding brand thinking into end-to-end journeys. This is a chance to influence how brands connect with consumers at scale while advancing within a globally integrated agency network.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning across touchpoints
- Lead organic social strategy as a core CX and brand channel
- Guide content strategy, tone of voice, and platform roles
- Maintain brand experience frameworks and ensure alignment with CX and data
- Embed brand thinking into consumer journeys and key moments
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across CX, Data, Creative, Media and CRM teams
- Provide strategic guidance in workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Governance: maintain guidelines for scalable brand experience across markets
- 5+ years in brand strategy, brand experience, or social strategy in agency or multinational environments
- Strong understanding of brand as an experience across the full consumer journey
- Experience with organic social ecosystems and their role in acquisition, engagement, retention
- Ability to translate audience insights into cross-channel strategies (social, web, CRM, campaigns)
- Experience working with CX, Data, Creative, Media, and CRM teams in cross-functional setups
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and consistency at scale
- Experience operating in multi-market environments and providing strategic guidance
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
