As a Hardware Engineer in IMS, you will develop robust electronics for integrated stepper motor solutions. You’ll handle system-level design of motor drives, power management, and interfaces for industrial and medical motion applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to deliver reliable, manufacturable hardware from concept to production.Your work directly supports quality improvements and long-term performance of our motor product line. This role offers the chance to impact high‑duty, high‑reliability motion systems in a global technology company.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and maintain hardware for IMS integrated motors
- Design and redesign electronic circuits, including schematic and layout
- Analyze circuits, optimize designs, and simulate performance
- Hands-on hardware bring-up, debugging, and optimization
- Review and improve external manuals and internal architecture/design documents
- Define Test and Verification Plans with QA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to support product development
- Master in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience with electronic circuit design and assembly
- Background in electrical power applications
- Experience with PCB/PCA manufacturing processes
- Experience in electronics verification and validation
- Ability to write technical documents (assembly instructions, test procedures, reports)
- Proven experience with Altium Designer
- Fluent in Spanish and English
