In this role you will turn marketing data into strategic insights that drive campaign performance and ROI across channels and markets. You will partner with regional and country marketing teams to connect marketing impact to sales outcomes and optimize tools for performance tracking.

You’ll shape data-driven strategies with strong technical and commercial acumen, supporting cross-functional decisions and executive storytelling. This is an opportunity to influence both marketing effectiveness and market access strategy at a leading med-tech company.

  • Analyze payer data, reimbursement trends, and healthcare economic information to guide market access
  • Develop dashboards for leadership to track market access performance metrics
  • Conduct competitive market access analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track marketing activities
  • Leverage Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python to automate data pipelines and scalable insights
  • Identify improvements to marketing data infrastructure, tools, and reporting workflows
Responsabilidades
  • Data-driven strategist with advanced analytics to inform decisions
  • Business-oriented advisor collaborating with marketing and commercial teams
  • Technical expert in marketing analytics tools and dashboards
  • Excellent communicator who simplifies insights for stakeholders
  • Bachelor in Business (or related field) with relevant experience in marketing analytics or strategy
  • Proven success leading analytics initiatives in med tech, pharma, or regulated industries
  • Ability to influence strategic marketing decisions across cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and marketing analytics platforms
  • Experience building automated reports and dashboards with attention to detail
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
