As an SAP Manager in our European High-Tech practice, you lead end-to-end SAP implementations and drive value for major High-Tech clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide tailored SAP solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations across Europe.This role focuses on transformational programs, governance, and solution delivery within the High-Tech portfolio. You will work with a European team of experts to shape thought leadership and delivery excellence.

- Build and manage client relationships; act as trusted advisor and communicator of complex concepts
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior client personnel showing SAP value
- Lead commercial activities including client pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns
- Contribute to enterprise transformation, solutioning, and thought leadership in High-Tech
- Identify optimization opportunities via business analysis and observations
- Mentor SAP professionals and foster high performance
- Identify and mitigate SAP project risks and stay updated on SAP offerings
- Develop industry point of view and contribute to assets for High-Tech
- SAP-accredited or certified experience
- Minimum 6 years as an SAP Manager with focus on High Tech industries
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules relevant to High Tech (SCM, MM, PP, PM, SD, EPPM, PLM)
- Up-to-date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' objectives
- Consulting experience and customer-centric mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus
