This is a hands-on opportunity to shape secure infrastructure in a multinational, diverse setting.

• Administer and configure Active Directory; set up and adapt security policies across environments
• Manage VMware infrastructure and general infra tasks (MCO of tools)
• Utilize MIM, PowerShell, and Splunk for identity and security automation
• Handle WSUS, SCOM, CA, BC and other tooling as part of AD and security operations
• On-site work with potential home-based flexibility (1 day per week)
• Deploy, configure, and optimize security platforms including SIEM/SOAR; tune detection and reduce false positives
• Develop automation processes to improve efficiency and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security solution integration
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
• Pursue relevant certifications (e.g., MS SC-200, CompTIA Network+/Cybersecurity)

• Strong AD administration and security policy expertise
• Experience with VMware infrastructure and general infra management
• Proficiency with MIM, PowerShell, and Splunk
• Hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR and related security tools (WSUS, SCOM, CA, BC)
• Ability to work on-site with occasional remote work; office-based delivery in some environments
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management
