Exciting Remote Job Opportunity:

German-Speaking Back Office & Front Office Agent We are currently looking for German-speaking Back Office and Front Office Agents to join a leading vehicle leasing company, working on behalf of Bosch through an initial contract with Adecco.

Your responsibilities- Managing administrative and customer support tasks (back office & front office)
  • Handling customer queries via email and phone
  • Supporting operations related to vehicle leasing services
  • Ensuring high-quality service for the German market

Requisitos

What We're Looking For:

German level C1 or higher (mandatory)

Good level of English (training and internal communication are in English)

Previous experience in back office or customer service will be highly valued

Strong communication and organizational skills

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Remote Work Setup: Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

What do we offer?

Initial 4-month contract with Adecco, with the possibility of being hired directly by the company afterward

100% remote position, with 3 days per month working from the Bosch office in Barcelona (next to El Corte Inglés Can Dragó) to encourage team building

Full-time position (Monday to Friday)

Two working schedule options:

Option A: 07:30 12:00 and 14:00 17:30

Option B: 08:00 17:00

Salary

Base salary (Contact Center Agreement): €18,052.54 gross/year
Language bonus: €1,571.34 gross/year
German language bonus: €1,571.34 gross/year

Remote work allowance: €1.34/day worked
