In this role you lead end-to-end SAP HR projects (HCM/SuccessFactors) at T-Systems, driving the implementation, evolution and transformation of SAP HR solutions. You plan, execute and monitor scope, time and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.You manage risks and dependencies and ensure proper HR process definition in SAP, with regular updates to management and project committees. This role combines leadership, technical SAP expertise and strategic HR transformation.

- More than 8 years of experience in SAP projects
- At least 3-5 years as SAP HR Project Manager or leading HR projects
- Experience in SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, or transformations
- Experience in managing complex projects in corporate environments
- Planning and monitoring of SAP projects
- Scope, schedule, and budget management
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams
- Risk and dependency management
- Communication with stakeholders and executive reporting
- Ability to lead end-to-end SAP HR (HCM/SuccessFactors) projects
