• Design end-to-end technical architectures for water treatment, monitoring, and sustainability platforms
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions
• Draft, edit, and deliver proposals integrating input from sales, marketing, and technical experts
• Serve as the communication bridge across commercial and technical functions
• Prioritize contractor requirements in all communications and present operational outcomes as secondary benefits
• Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across proposals and communications
• Collect feedback to refine communication strategies and develop templates, best practices, and knowledge libraries
• Drive adoption of smart water management technologies, including IoT, predictive analytics, and digital twins
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices
• Partner with product managers, Ru0026D, and field engineers to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions
• Maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and technical governance standards

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in designing complex technical solutions or architectures (industrial systems, water treatment, or infrastructure projects)
• Experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles
• Strong capability to design end-to-end system architectures
• Knowledge of water treatment systems and monitoring and sustainability platforms
• Familiarity with IoT, digital platforms, predictive analytics, digital twins
• Ability to define and maintain technical roadmaps, reference architectures, and governance frameworks
• Solid understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity principles
• Experience working with customers and sales teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills to present complex architectures to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive solution development from concept to delivery
• Experience in matrix and international environments
