In this role you will support the Capital Markets team in Madrid, focusing on logistics real estate. You will work on both buy and sell sides, developing acquisition or disposal strategies and underwriting, while engaging with investors and cross-functional teams.You’ll perform detailed cash flow analyses and drive opportunities from sourcing to execution. The role offers exposure to international and domestic investors and the chance to contribute to a growth-focused logistics practice at JLL.

- Lead buy and sell side processes from strategy through underwriting and closing
- Participate in client meetings and property tours
- Collaborate with JLL Spain and Paneuropean teams to develop new opportunities
- Conduct detailed cash flow analyses with minimal supervision
- Sourcing and analyzing opportunities to fuel new mandates and clients
- Support development and execution of investment transactions for logistics properties
- Degree in business, finance, or real estate (useful)
- English proficiency (very good working knowledge essential)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Solid understanding of main contractual documents in real estate development and investment
- Financial skills and market knowledge of the logistics real estate sector
- Analytical ability to transform qualitative/quantitative data into strategic deliverables
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building
