Experteer Overview
In this role you craft compelling video assets and campaigns to power Fever's global marketing efforts. You will work with the Creative team to shape end-to-end visual campaigns, from concept to animation, across multiple channels. You’ll explore new formats, respond to feedback, and keep content fresh with both stock and in-house material.This position offers the opportunity to impact a high-growth, international brand and evolve with a creative, cross-functional team.

- Incorporate feedback to refine assets
- Lead end-to-end creative process from art direction to edition and animation
- Tell stories from scripts/storyboards through compelling visuals
- Work with stock footage and in-house material
- Pitch ideas and solutions to briefs
- Research new content formats, tools, and references to improve outcomes
- Inspire and motivate the team by sharing ideas and sources of inspiration
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in an agency environment with client-facing creative processes
- Discerning eye for design
- Knowledge of digital marketing formats and channels
- High English proficiency (C1 or higher)
- Ability to accept constructive feedback
- Team player with collaborative attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Culturally sensitive and aware of media/design trends
- Experience in 3D and AR is a plus
