In this role you will drive growth of Ebury's Real Estate client base in Spain, cultivating partnerships within the real estate ecosystem and delivering cross-border payments and FX hedging solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and stay ahead of industry changes.The position offers rapid career progression, mentorship, and international exposure in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will play a key role in shaping how real estate clients operate globally through trusted partnerships and strategic outreach.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Research and target real estate prospects needing transactional accounts, cross-border payments, cash management, and FX hedging
- Generate new business opportunities in the Spanish real estate market
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate ecosystem players (e.g., Insurance Brokers, Law Firms)
- Conduct outbound sales to identify and secure new partnership opportunities
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets
- Collaborate with FX dealing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B commercial role
- Interest in real estate markets
- Desire to grow into a professional sales role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Enjoy building new relationships and rapport
- Based in Madrid
- Fluent in English and Spanish
