In this role you lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Agentic AI solutions for global clients, shaping multi-agent architectures and driving enterprise-scale transformation. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and help establish the Hub as a thought leader in agentic intelligence.You work closely with clients to co-create prototypes, benchmark models, and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role at the intersection of AI engineering and business transformation.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead design and delivery of end-to-end Agentic AI solutions for global clients across industries
- Architect multi-agent systems with planning, reasoning, tool orchestration, and autonomous execution
- Define technical vision for agentic architectures, memory management, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails
- Co-innovate with clients in workshops and rapid prototyping, benchmarking models and building reference architectures
- Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers and consultants, fostering technical excellence and learning
- Shape the Hub's identity as a thought leader through publications and public speaking
- 8+ years in applied AI/ML, with at least 3 years in LLM-based or autonomous agent systems in production
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK)
- Strong software engineering foundation: Python, API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Proven ability to architect multi-agent systems (tool calling, sub-agent orchestration, state management, RAG pipelines, evaluation, observability)
- Experience leading technical teams and translating AI capabilities into business outcomes
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
