You’ll coordinate maintenance activities, manage KPIs, and support sustainability and digital tools to enable data-driven decisions. This role combines project delivery with stakeholder collaboration in a regulated, fast-moving environment, offering meaningful impact on facility reliability and safety.

• Manage and deliver engineering and automation projects from start to finish, including small- to medium-sized initiatives and supporting larger CAPEX efforts
• Coordinate daily activities of technical contractors, monitor service performance against KPIs, and report via Roche maintenance systems
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, supporting audits and inspections and maintaining documentation
• Contribute to sustainability and digital transformation through efficient asset management and data-driven decision-making
• Oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for building utilities (HVAC, electricity, water, gas) and critical automated assets, ensuring availability and compliance
• Maintain integrity of asset and maintenance data in the CMMS, including work orders and spare parts information
• Support root cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions to improve asset reliability
• Build proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate before issues impact operations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation)
• 5–7 years of experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management
• Experience in managing technical and engineering projects with project tracking methodologies/tools
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes for building and industrial installations
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish
• Solution-oriented attitude with strong communication to internal clients
