Overview
Regulatory Affairs Sr Associate
As part of our R&D team, you will have the opportunity to work with the Regulatory Affairs team for the Beverage business across Europe to ensure compliance with food regulations, support innovation and drive digitalization. You will play a role in ensuring our products are compliant with EU legislation, working with product development, marketing and other teams from other parts of the world.
Responsibilities- Collaborating with colleagues from across the region and the world to provide clear and engaging guidance on regulatory requirements to our teams throughout Europe.,
- Provide valuable regulatory insights to enable cost-effective compliance without compromising innovation.,
- Oversee the review and issue of labelling documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.,
- Review and approve product artwork, balancing regulatory requirements with creative design.,
- Support the tracking of our product portfolio status against internal and external nutritional criteria.,
- Provide technical and regulatory support to consumer and customer services to ensure they receive accurate and updated information.
- Work on new product development projects, providing guidance on labelling, claims, positioning and advertising in line with food legislation and PepsiCo standards.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Law, Nutrition, Food Science or related discipline.
- Interest in EU food regulations, particularly areas relating to product design, labelling and manufacturing
- Knowledge of labelling and advertising/marketing rules, and experience in interpreting and applying them an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English language
- Result-oriented, proactive self-starter, able to work on own initiative and as a team player.
- Ability to integrate into and communicate with different levels and functions of the organization.
