In this role you will lead the technical delivery of SGS's core applications, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. You guide development teams, shape design decisions, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. You will modernise legacy systems, improve deployment pipelines, and strengthen reliability in a global, multidisciplinary environment.This is a hands-on leadership position with a clear impact on architecture, security, and delivery velocity.

- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET (C#), Azure, SQL Server, and Angular
- Strong understanding of software architecture, secure coding, and DevOps practices
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and SAST/SCA tools
- Fluent in English, comfortable in a global, multicultural environment
- Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Java (Spring)
