Experteer Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will drive high-impact data science projects across Cabify’s Applied Science team to optimize mobility, pricing, fraud detection, and user experience in 40+ cities. You’ll design and deploy models, run real-life experiments, and translate findings into business value.You’ll collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to shape features and foster a data-driven culture. This role offers hands-on research with production impact in a fast-paced, city-scale environment.

- Design, train, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models
- Plan and analyze experiments to demonstrate product impact
- Translate research outputs into tangible business insights and value
- Contribute to research and innovation and share knowledge within the team
- Communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders and influence product decisions
- Act as a technical reference and promote best practices within the team
- Participate in product development discussions to introduce data-science perspectives
- 5+ years of professional experience as a data scientist or equivalent
- Master/PhD-level education in a quantitative field
- Experience leading design, training, and validation of ML models
- Strong Python skills for data analysis and visualization
- Experience with data extraction and complex SQL
- Experience bringing ML to production (deployment, monitoring, degradation, serving)
- Ability to work autonomously in an unstructured environment
- Salary range 50K-63K
