Customer Service Sales Area Manager

You’ll handle complex technical negotiations, ensure fast and accurate service delivery, and contribute to product and service growth. This position offers global exposure and the chance to shape service offerings for a multinational machinery provider.

• Execute sales strategy and processes for After Sales lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services) to meet financial targets
• Identify, design, and promote new products/services aligned with growth strategy
• Handle complex customer claims using structured analytical methods
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and coordinate with agents and direct customers
• Collaborate with technical, OE Sales, Project, Engineering, and service teams to deliver solutions and commercial offers
• Provide field feedback to Engineering and ensure service coverage with local distribution centers

• 4–5 years of experience in a similar commercial role with proven sales results
• Experience in technical commercial negotiations with customers
• Strong customer orientation and service mindset
• Understanding of service models in multinational companies
• Knowledge of mechatronics applied to automated machinery
• Fluent in English; other languages and international travel are a plus
• Availability for worldwide travel
