Experteer Overview

The role blends hands-on design leadership with cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex CMOS designs and enable ADI’s strategic initiatives. This is a chance to help launch a new Valencia Layout capability and influence the pace of technology in defense and commercial markets.

• Lead physical design for high-performance analog, mixed-signal, RF, and digital products and subsystems (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, SERDES, transceivers)
• Develop and integrate complex chips and subsystems in advanced CMOS FinFETs (16nm and below)
• Drive floorplan development from block to full-chip level for large, complex designs
• Collaborate with DFT, clock, timing, power integrity, RTL, packaging, and analog teams to ensure integration and design closure
• Define and improve design methodologies, best practices, and automation workflows across teams
• Lead physical verification processes (DRC, LVS, ERC, density checks, extraction, EM/IR, final signoff)
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Mentor and lead engineering and layout teams, promoting technical growth and project success

• Bachelor in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience
