In this senior role, you will lead strategic relationships with Arcadis' major Property u0026amp; Investment clients in Iberia, with growth potential across Europe. You will translate client needs into proactive, value-driven partnerships while guiding a multidisciplinary team delivering design, due diligence, project monitoring, and CAPEX management.

You’ll drive profitability, retention, and cross-sell opportunities, shaping how Arcadis delivers its full value proposition to investors and developers. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends leadership, client strategy, and delivery excellence.

  • Own and drive the account strategy for major Property u0026 Investment clients
  • Serve as the primary interface with senior client stakeholders to ensure exceptional experiences
  • Develop structured account management plans to move from reactive to proactive partnerships
  • Identify opportunities for client growth, cross-selling, and up-selling across Arcadis services
  • Ensure profitability and retention through value delivery and commercial acumen
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team delivering design, due diligence, project monitoring, and CAPEX works management
  • Mentor and develop team members to sustain high performance and client satisfaction
  • Facilitate collaboration across Sales, Services, Commercial Operations, and Enabling Functions
  • Deliver the full Arcadis value proposition to clients
  • Build relationships with client and internal executive stakeholders
  • Represent Arcadis at client meetings, industry events, and forums
  • Initially focus on Spanish accounts with potential expansion across Europe
  • Travel to engage with clients and teams locally and internationally
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in account management, client delivery, or business development within the Property u0026 Investment sector
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving client growth, profitability, and retention
  • Experience delivering due diligence, project monitoring, and CAPEX works management services is highly desirable
  • Strong commercial acumen and executive presence
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Spain and across Europe as required
