In this role, you help leading brands optimize creative health and ad performance using Google and YouTube solutions. You’ll work closely with sales teams to diagnose creative opportunities, craft data-driven pitches, and guide clients through AI-enabled advertising strategies.

You’ll engage with executives and local stakeholders to drive growth across global brands. The opportunity sits at the intersection of creative tech, AI, and advertising scale, shaping how advertisers win in the AI era.

Diagnose creative health opportunities across client media, including asset variety and ad quality
Build and deliver data-driven pitches that demonstrate the value of creative optimization and drive adoption of best practices
Develop a deep understanding of the full suite of creative product solutions (Google Ads, GMP, GenAI, Cloud GenMedia, gTech, and 3P partners)

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years in a client-facing role (sales, marketing, creative/advertising, or digital operations)
Experience identifying and recommending improvements to product and customer strategy
Experience with YouTube Ad Solutions and knowledge of their market value, specializing in creative ads products and generative AI
Fluent in English and Spanish for customer-facing engagements with local stakeholders
