MEP Engineer / Instalaciones

Experteer Overview

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive energy and construction timelines. This role offers the chance to shape the energy performance of a large, landmark project and advance renewable technology deployment.

• Oversee design and implementation of the geothermal heating/cooling system for the development
• Coordinate integration of photovoltaic installations with the overall electrical grid
• Manage interconnection between renewable energy systems and the conventional grid
• Design and supervise electricity, gas, water and drainage connections for the site
• Coordinate with utility companies for capacity planning and connections
• Coordinate MEP installations with prefabricated housing elements and modules
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination with rehabilitation and urbanisation teams and sequencing with other specialties
• Manage critical interfaces between temporary and permanent installations

• University degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
• 8+ years of large-scale MEP project management experience
• Proven experience with geothermal systems for large residential developments
• Knowledge of solar PV installations and grid connection with shared self-consumption
• Experience with MEP coordination for prefabricated elements and modular connections
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and Revit MEP
• Awareness of energy regulations and certifications (CTE DB-HE/DB-HS, BREEAM/LEED/Passivhaus)
• Experience with energy simulation software and intelligent energy management systems (BEMS)
