Experteer Overview

In this Market Associate role, you will nurture and grow long-tail hosts in your territory to maximize retention and success on Airbnb. You will build strong host relationships, guide optimization of listings and pricing, and support scalable education programs.

You’ll balance one-to-one coaching with team-wide initiatives to help hosts thrive and uphold guest-experience standards. This position offers meaningful impact through data-driven decisions, partner collaboration, and revenue growth for a broad host community.

manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts to drive retention, growth, and optimization
conduct onboarding and optimization conversations with strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality
secure availability on high-demand dates to maximize host revenue
educate hosts on product updates and policy changes while relaying feedback to internal teams
respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support to improve their platform experience
analyze performance data to identify trends and actionable opportunities
develop lasting relationships to provide ongoing tailored support
support Market Managers with education programs such as webinars and scalable email communications

Responsabilidades

3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have)
strong time management and prioritization with multiple accounts
proven track record managing a book of business and driving engagement
goal-driven with action bias and persistence
excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person
CRM proficiency, especially with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience a plus)
fluency in English, Spanish & Portuguese
