In this role you will manage industrial means packages (tooling, MGSE, machines or autonomous systems) for launcher and satellite programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing and safety requirements and support ramp-up of serial parts.The position involves customer and supplier engagement, with travel as needed. You contribute to safe, ergonomic solutions and act with integrity to drive high-quality production assets.

- Attend customer (ESA, Ariane) and supplier meetings; travel as required
- Coordinate inputs from Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Health and Safety, Engineering, Quality and Logistics
- Ensure ramp-up alignment for serial parts (ops %, takt, etc.) and plan maintenance before entry into service
- Provide technical support to maintenance and production for reliability of means
- Deliver safe and ergonomic MGSE to production/customers
- Support program activities including master/detailed planning, proposals, CapEx and budgets
- Lead tender processes, supplier evaluation and down-selection based on technical/economical criteria
- Create technical specifications for varied industrial means; manage milestones (KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS, FA)
- Utilize CAD for concepts and GDu0026T analysis; manage suppliers for OT, OQ, OC deliveries
- Assess Hu0026S and ergonomics of supplier solutions; lead troubleshooting and problem solving
- Provide workshop support for initial usage; set up/commission new stations; modify existing means as needed
- Degree in engineering (5–10 years in engineering/manufacturing/tooling)
- Design for manufacturing and tooling supplier experience
- Proven tooling manufacturing processes knowledge
- GDu0026T tolerancing and stress analysis knowledge; thermal analysis desirable
- Automation and metrology (CMM, Laser tracker) desirable
- Health u0026 Safety and ergonomics knowledge; CE directives awareness
- Project management skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish; CATIA expertise
- Experience with mass-efficient structures; large assembly models and drawings
- Production facility experience; proactive, adaptable, able to work under pressure
