As an Outbound Key Account Executive at SumUp, you will drive growth by proactively engaging small business prospects in Switzerland and beyond. You’ll build relationships, deliver value-focused product pitches, and own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative team that values data-driven improvement and shared success. This is a mission-driven role in a global fintech environment with clear opportunities to influence the outbound culture.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Identify and contact small business prospects via calls, emails, and social to initiate conversations
- Build relationships by understanding SMB needs and articulating SumUp’s impact
- Deliver value-driven pitches and product demos to convert interest into commitments
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure
- Track performance, meet targets, and use feedback/data to improve
- Share insights and collaborate with team to energize outbound culture
- 1–2 years in outbound sales or business development
- Confidence, curiosity, and comfort with high-volume outreach (primarily phone-based)
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to help customers
- Results-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
- Positive, team-first attitude and enjoyment of celebrating wins
- Bonus: experience in payment tech, SaaS, or hospitality tools
