Experteer Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at Lighthouse, you guide new clients through setup and post-sales onboarding, acting as the technical liaison across Sales, Product and Technical teams. You ensure a smooth activation, assist with script installations, and coordinate integrations to deliver a flawless start for customers.

You’ll work with the French-speaking market and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency. This role combines hands-on problem solving with knowledge sharing to scale customer success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Manage full client onboarding cycle from setup to activation with consistent follow-up
Guide clients through technical installation and troubleshoot setup issues
Serve as main contact for the French-speaking market ensuring timely project delivery
Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handover of new accounts
Coordinate integrations and align on technical requirements with technical & partnerships teams
Monitor initial client data and platform tracking to verify correct post-setup operation
Document processes and contribute to team knowledge to improve efficiency

Responsabilidades

Proven experience in client onboarding, implementation, or related customer-facing role
Professional fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in troubleshooting

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
