As Accounting Analyst on the finance strategic projects team, you will help design and implement general ledger solutions and drive automation for global controllership. You will support SAP GL implementations, ERP transformation workstreams, and data take-on activities, partnering with business and functional teams to meet project timelines.You’ll build strong cross-functional relationships, provide status updates, and train users on changes. This role offers a chance to shape the efficiency of financial processes in a global agriscience leader.

- Support SAP GL implementations and data take-on for ERP transformations
- Assist with data take-on for ERP projects and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with workstreams/functions and the business to deliver projects
- Identify gaps in processes and designs and communicate them effectively
- Create and maintain milestone/deliverable status reports
- Provide reporting on project dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigations
- Train business teams to ensure smooth adoption of changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-8 years’ experience in Controllership or related finance roles
- Strong collaboration and business partnering skills
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance practices
- Strong analytical capabilities
- SAP experience preferred; strong Excel skills
- Leadership and ability to influence, prioritize, and manage multiple items
