In this role, you empower customers to become an Agentic Enterprise by leading as the technical authority for Agentforce and Data Cloud. You work across the customer lifecycle, from strategic pre-sales to production activation, shaping adoption and consumption of AI and data products.You will collaborate with global teams to craft architectures, use cases, and roadmaps, while enabling customers and partners to scale solutions. This is an opportunity to influence the next generation of consumption-based selling and AI-enabled business outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Strategic deal support: engage with sales on top accounts, lead discovery and presentation of Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions
- Workshops & POCs: define use cases, deliver customized demos, and run hands-on POCs/pilots
- Solution architecture & recommendations: develop data architectures, SKU recommendations, and consumption estimates
- Expert collaboration: act as deep SME for Agentforce & Data Cloud with global AI & Data teams
- Product roadmap advocacy: provide customer insights to product management and communicate latest innovations
- Post-sales handover: create comprehensive handover docs for smooth transition to post-sales/implementation teams
- Production activation & go-live support: guide customers from POC to deployment with partners, not owning go-live execution
- Performance & consumption monitoring: track credit usage, optimize solutions, advise on consumption plans
- Customer enablement: deliver scalable knowledge assets (webinars, office hours)
- Partner ecosystem scaling: enable partners to extend activation across the ecosystem
- Strategic handoff: manage long-term success by transferring to Field Delivery/CSM teams
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Architect)
- Experience with AI concepts and technologies (LLMs, transformers, tokens, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering)
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI services
- Proven ability to lead technical pre-sales cycles (workshops, demos, POCs)
- Strong data integration, APIs, and data governance understanding
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for innovation and curiosity about AI and business automation
- Willingness to complete a mandatory 6-week training program
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Preferred: Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience, big data/modern data lakehouse concepts, and certifications like Salesforce Agentblazer Legend or Data Cloud Consultant
