Back Office Agent (Italian + English C1) Project with Honda | Barcelona

Are you looking for a role where you can work with processes, data, and operations in an international environment?

We are looking for a Back Office Agent to join a project with Honda, focused on tracking and managing motorcycle repair processes across Europe.

What will be your mission?You will ensure that the repair process runs smoothly from dispatch to final resolution.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Tracking motorcycles sent to repair centers
• Validating data in internal systems
• Approving repair tickets after verification
• Monitoring repair timelines and identifying delays
• Escalating cases when necessary

What are we looking for?

High level of Italian + English (C1)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously

Previous experience in back office, operations, or administrative roles

Comfortable working with internal systems and data

Conditions

Location: Barcelona (on-site for the first 6 months, then hybrid model)

Schedule: 39h/week (Monday to Friday, 09:0018:00)

Rotational weekly schedule

Contract: Temporary (6 months, via ADECCO)

Salary package

Remote work allowance: €1.30/day (when applicable)
