Experteer Overview

In this role, you partner with client leaders to unlock performance in operations and procurement, shaping transformations that create competitive advantage. You will work within BCG’s Operations Practice to apply analytical, hypothesis-led problem solving and strategic framing across complex procurement topics.

You’ll collaborate across BCG and client teams to build trust, communicate insights, and deliver tangible impact. This position offers exposure to digital and analytics overlays in operations at a global, top-tier firm. You will contribute to meaningful client outcomes while developing your consulting craft.

Responsabilidades

At least 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading industry companies
Expertise or strong interest in procurement topics (transformation, value creation, innovation)
Strong consulting skill set with problem solving, strategic framing, and numerical ability
Entrepreneurial, driven, proactive mindset with strong work ethic
Collaborative, able to work across teams and with clients
Ability to build trust with clients by understanding their business challenges
Fluent in Spanish and English
MBA is a plus
