As a Product Designer at Perk, you will craft end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile that simplify travel management for employees, admins, and finance teams. You’ll translate data, feedback, and market insights into design solutions for a global audience.You’ll partner with PMs and engineers to define problem statements and design strategies aligned with business goals, while collaborating across functions to bring ideas to life. You’ll advocate for usability and accessibility, delivering intuitive, impactful interactions.

- Partner with PMs and Engineers to define problem statements and design strategies
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Advocate for usability and accessibility to ensure intuitive interaction
- 5+ years of product design experience at a fast-growing tech company
- Experience with travel marketplaces, FinTech, or SaaS products is a strong plus
- Strong UX sensibility with the ability to create simple and scalable designs
- Experience contributing to and working within a design system
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Storytelling to explain design decisions and align stakeholders
- End-to-end project execution from concept to launch
