Experteer Overview

In Allianz Services, you will lead the design and implementation of secure technology solutions across enterprise domains. You will embed secure-by-design principles in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

You’ll drive security architecture initiatives, threat modeling, and risk assessments to strengthen cyber resilience. This role offers the chance to influence secure adoption of emerging tech like Zero Trust, post-quantum cryptography, and GenAI within a broad, global organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Define and maintain enterprise-wide security architecture principles and blueprints
Provide architectural guidance to project and product teams to embed secure-by-design
Conduct architecture risk assessments and threat modeling early in the lifecycle
Assess and recommend security technologies and platforms to strengthen cyber defense
Bridge security with IT architecture, development, and business units to embed requirements
Ensure compliance with policies and external regulations (DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST)
Contribute to long-term security roadmaps enabling secure adoption of new technologies
Create and maintain documentation of security decisions, patterns, and designs
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades

Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
Extensive experience designing and implementing secure enterprise IT and cloud architectures
Strong ability to apply threat modeling and risk assessments for secure design
Proven track record translating business objectives into secure architectures
Experience collaborating with enterprise architects, developers, and stakeholders
Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CCSP, TOGAF, or SABSA are highly desirable
Excellent English communication skills for diverse audiences
Analytical and conceptual thinking for risk assessment and trade-off evaluation
Interest or affinity for IT and GenAI is valued
