In this role you will lead global social media strategy and execution to amplify ClearCorrect’s brand across platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to create cohesive campaigns, manage day-to-day channel operations, and oversee influencer activities.You’ll drive content planning, production coordination, and performance analysis to boost visibility, engagement, and lead-generation impact. This is an opportunity to shape a global social presence within a dynamic Orthodontics environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support global social media plans to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth
- Execute campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with timely publishing and agency coordination
- Create original social content and oversee monthly content calendars and campaign activation
- Support local marketing teams with content production and community management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality content aligned with objectives
- Support influencer collaborations, including brief coordination, content review, and performance tracking
- Prepare briefs for content production initiatives like video shoots
- Assist in promoting global congresses and regional events with live coverage
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare insights-based optimization recommendations
- Conduct competitor and trend monitoring for opportunities and best practices
- Support landing page and CTA alignment from a social perspective to aid lead generation
- Share social media best practices with local teams to ensure consistency
- Support employee advocacy by coordinating content and guidelines for internal contributors
- Provide social media support across the Orthodontics business unit as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3–5 years in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing, preferably global
- Strong English proficiency (C1)
- Proven experience creating engaging social content
- Solid knowledge of social platforms, tools, and content formats
- Experience with Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or native platform insights
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate into actions
- Excellent writing/editing with attention to brand and detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional and agency experience
- Understanding of social media governance and community management
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
