Service Sales and Tendering Specialist

You will analyze markets, benchmark pricing, and support negotiations to strengthen profitability and market position. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines commercial acumen with technical curiosity to enable service growth at scale.

• Prepare competitive bids and quotations with accurate technical and commercial details
• Manage tender preparation including cost models, cash flow analysis, and project requirements
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and compliance
• Support pricing strategies through market analysis, benchmarking, and pricing tools/databases
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to evaluate suppliers and optimize costs while maintaining quality
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical and commercial support during negotiations
• Ensure accurate data management and order processing using CRM tools and monitor performance indicators
• Uphold safety, integrity, and compliance across activities

• Minimum 3 years in Technical Sales, Tendering, Pricing, or Market Analysis within energy or industrial sectors
• Motivation to develop knowledge of HV technologies, power transformers, substation systems, and related service offerings
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting technical, financial, and commercial data
• Effective communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Detail oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
