In this Analytics and Insights Specialist role within Roche’s Global Procurement, you will turn data and market signals into actionable insights that guide smarter sourcing. You’ll collaborate with procurement, finance and business customers to deliver analytics solutions and market intelligence across categories.You help shape data-driven decisions and influence strategy while translating complex signals into clear narratives. This is a chance to contribute to a data-first transformation that supports patient access and healthcare outcomes.

- Develop and improve analytics deliverables by synthesizing market signals into clear narratives
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and influence strategic direction at category and portfolio levels
- Engage with decision-makers to translate moderately complex requirements into actionable analytical solutions
- University degree in Business, Lifesciences or IT
- 3-5 years in procurement, business analysis, or management consulting (ideally in a matrix organization)
- Knowledge of BI tools (ThoughtSpot is advantageous)
- Experience delivering market intelligence and supplier relationship management
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions using data modeling
- Business-level English with ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Life Sciences experience is advantageous
