As Product Manager for Data Hub, you will steer the evolution of a scalable data platform used by internal teams across Glovo’s global footprint. You’ll bridge data engineering and business needs to turn raw data into actionable products that power the customer experience.You’ll collaborate with engineering and data teams to define features, metrics, and roadmaps that drive reliability and business impact. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
You will help shape a data ecosystem that processes millions of events daily and directly supports millions of customers.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define and execute Data Hub product strategy and roadmap to align with business goals
- Translate stakeholder requirements into robust, scalable platform features across multiple data domains
- Lead a squad of engineers, prioritizing work to maximize impact
- Define and monitor key metrics to track platform success and ensure transparency with stakeholders
- Proven Product Manager experience, preferably with data platforms, data infrastructure, or complex SaaS environments
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution, with data engineering fluency
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication/presentation skills
- Proactive, curious, and fast-moving, using data-driven metrics to improve platform performance
