Senior QA Manager

Experteer Overview

You’ll push for automation, AI-driven testing, and robust QA operating systems, while collaborating with global partners to improve end-to-end QA pipelines. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality experiences for live games at scale.

• Lead strategic QA initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and quality objectives
• Standardize testing KPIs and reporting across projects and drive metric improvements
• Contribute to iterative design of the QA Operating System (QA OS)
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve QA execution and end-to-end pipelines
• Serve as the central QA point of contact and help drive release quality for multiple titles
• Foster transformation across teams, cultures, and locations
• Develop action plans with partners to enhance QA execution and mitigate risks
• Advance automation and AI-driven testing; oversee QA process transitions to AI-enabled workflows
• Work with external QA partners to scale services and build valuable QA teams
• Promote continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and adoption of industry best practices
• Build communities of practice and promote shared learning

• Degree level education or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of QA experience in game development, including live service
• Experience with DevOps QA and/or LiveOps QA
• Portfolio or central capacity project management experience
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including with senior management
• Ability to identify risks and implement urgent solutions
• Knowledge of project management, software development methodologies, and QA best practices
• Proficient with JIRA, TestRail, Google Docs, Google Sheets/Excel, and a build distribution management system
