Experteer Overview
As a Senior DevOps/SRE in our gaming platform team, you’ll own the health, performance, and capacity of services and drive automation-led reliability. You’ll help shape infrastructure strategy, implement CI/CD and automated deployments, and partner with development teams to ensure operability at scale.You’ll resolve complex issues across stack layers and continually improve monitoring, tooling, and rollout processes. This role offers impact in a fast-paced gaming environment with a strong focus on automation and reliability.

- Drive automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Deeply understand the systems and contribute to design and standardization
- Ensure timely resolution of critical issues while meeting SLAs
- Develop, configure, and optimize monitoring and telemetry for services and apps
- Assist in rollouts and deployments of new features and installations
- Build tools to enable rapid deployment and effective monitoring at scale
- Collaborate with development teams to design for operability
- Active contribution to SRE/DevOps best practices
- Strong automation mindset with a focus on self-running systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to wear multiple hats (developer, sysadmin, release engineer)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Hands-on scripting and multi-node/multi-tier web app experience
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, Octopus, Argo CD)
- Experience with GitHub/GitHub Actions and Atlassian Suite (Confluence/Jira)
- Knowledge of ETCD, Helm/Helmfile, Kustomize, Ansible, RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Senior level experience with Linux and Windows, APIs, and security
